Paul Royce

At PGR Management Consulting Group, the goal of a Change Management/Leadership intervention is two-fold; to positively change the individual and the enterprises in which they engage as well as creating more productive organizations contributing to our global community.

Paul Royce, M.B.A., ACC, is a Certified Executive Coach based in Ottawa, Canada and provides high performance Executive Coaching and Management Consulting services to help individuals and organizations reach their respective professional and strategic goals. Paul brings a unique combination of credentials and experience to his coaching and consulting assignments, having more than 25 years of domestic and international business experience in the IT/IM, Financial and Government sectors. He is an accredited Certified Executive Coach and upholds the highest standards set out by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). The ICF is the largest and most respected governing body of professional coaches in the industry worldwide.  He is also a repeat contributor to the Harvard Business Review and is an outspoken advocate of Coaching as the primary learning method of top leaders.

Paul completed graduate school at the University of Bradford Management Centre, European Centre for Total Quality Management (TQM) in the U.K. .  he has done work for numerous organizations in various senior management and consultancy capacities from lead trainer of a large nationally known software company, an interim in-house Quality Consultant at National Westminster Bank, International Banking Operations in the U.K.

He also held the position as a senior consultant for a local Ottawa based business transformation consultancy where he headed the performance measurement practice area before launching PGR Management Consulting Group in 2002. He has been able to leverage his background and experience in TQM, Change Management, Performance Measurement, and Organizational Development to the benefit of his many satisfied clients as a trusted advisor.

Paul believes that leadership is an art as well as a science and that every leader has natural talents that can shape their own leadership style to help their team and organization succeed.  He has developed numerous proprietary coaching frameworks including his Catalytic Framework for Continuous Improvement that he implements when needed to the benefit of his clients. He combines his advisory services and experience to develop a unique understanding of his clients’ needs and goals.

He is particularly proud of his roles as coach, advisor, mentor, author, thought leader, husband, and father of two and is still very passionate about his mission.
